Overview
Here's something we hear from clients fairly regularly - they were surprised by how easy it was to get started. They expected the process of commissioning a custom acrylic print to be complicated. Forms to fill in, specifications to provide, back-and-forth emails that go on for days before anything happens.
It's not like that.
You get in touch. You tell us roughly what you're thinking - the image, the approximate size, the space it's going into. We come back to you fast - usually the same day - with questions if we need them, options if you want them, and a clear quote. That's it. That's the beginning of the process.
Whether you're a homeowner with a single photograph you've always wanted to do something with, or a hotel procurement manager with a multi-property art program, or an interior designer with a tight deadline and a demanding brief - the starting point is the same. Get in touch. Tell us what you're working on. We'll take it from there.
How to Reach Us
We're easy to get hold of. Multiple ways to contact us, all monitored regularly during business hours - and for urgent enquiries, the WhatsApp line is monitored beyond standard hours.
Phone Call us directly on +971 56 500 5825. If you'd rather talk through your project before committing anything to writing, a phone call is the fastest way to get a sense of what's possible and what it might cost. We're not a call centre - you'll speak to someone who actually knows about acrylic printing and can give you a useful answer rather than taking a message.
WhatsApp The most popular contact method for our UAE clients - and honestly, it's easy to see why. Send us a WhatsApp message on +971 56 500 5825 with a quick description of your project and, ideally, the image you're thinking of printing. We'll come back to you fast - with an initial reaction on the image quality, a size recommendation if you're not sure, and a ballpark on cost.
WhatsApp is also the easiest way to send us your image for an initial assessment. Just attach the file to your message and we'll review it and let you know honestly whether it has the resolution to support the size you're thinking.
For large commercial projects, email creates a clear record of the brief and the agreed specifications - which is useful for everyone involved in a significant project.
Visit Us If you'd like to see examples of our work in person before commissioning - which we'd always encourage for significant projects, particularly backlit acrylic and layered compositions that are genuinely hard to appreciate from photographs - you're welcome to visit our studio.
We're located at Art Smiley Art Gallery LLC, S01, 25 20b St, Al Quoz 2, Dubai, UAE.
Al Quoz is the heart of Dubai's creative and production district - and our studio is set up to show you the full range of what we produce, with finished examples of every format across a range of sizes and image types. We'd rather spend an hour with you in person than have you commission something based on photographs and descriptions alone.
Email For more detailed project briefs
particularly for commercial clients with multiple pieces or specific technical requirements - email is often the most practical channel. Send your brief, your files, and any relevant project information to contactus@artsmiley.com and we'll respond with a full quote and any questions we need answered before production can begin.
Visit hours are by appointment
give us a call or send a WhatsApp before coming so we can make sure the right person is available and the studio is set up to show you what's most relevant to your project.
What to Include in Your Enquiry
The more information you give us upfront, the faster we can give you a useful response. Here's what's helpful to include.
Your image. Even a low-resolution version helps us understand what we're working with. If you have the full resolution file, send that - we can assess it immediately for print quality. If you only have a smaller version for now, that's fine as a starting point.
The size you're thinking. Even a rough idea - "something around a metre wide" or "it needs to fit on a wall that's about 180cm across" - is enough to start the conversation. If you don't have a size in mind, tell us the wall dimensions and we'll recommend a size.
The format. Standard frameless, framed, backlit, standoff mount, layered, large format, split panel - if you know what you want, tell us. If you're not sure, tell us about the space and we'll recommend.
The space. Where is the print going? Residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare? What's the aesthetic of the space - modern and minimal, warm and residential, corporate and formal? This context helps us give better advice about format and image treatment.
Your timeline. When do you need it? If there's a deadline - a moving-in date, a project handover, an event - tell us upfront so we can assess whether standard production and delivery timelines will work or whether we need to discuss expedited options.
Your budget. You don't have to give us a number - but if budget is a constraint, telling us upfront means we can present options that work within it rather than quoting something you then need to negotiate down.
What Happens After You Contact Us
You get in touch. We review your image and your brief. We come back to you - typically the same business day for standard enquiries, within a few hours for urgent ones - with an initial response that covers image quality assessment, format recommendations if you haven't specified, a quote, and any questions we need answered.
If you're happy with the quote and the recommendations, we move to proof stage - we produce a digital mockup of your print showing exactly how it will look before anything goes into production. You review the proof, request any adjustments, and give us your approval.
Once approved, we move to production. We keep you updated on progress and confirm the delivery and installation appointment before it happens.
On installation day, our team arrives at the agreed time, installs your print professionally, and leaves your space clean and your print perfect.
After installation, we follow up to make sure you're happy - and if anything isn't right, we fix it. No arguments, no complicated returns process. We fix it because the quality standard we hold ourselves to doesn't get relaxed after the invoice is paid.
For Corporate and Trade Enquiries
Interior designers, fit-out contractors, architects, hotel procurement teams, real estate developers, and other trade and corporate clients - we handle your enquiries with the additional structure that commercial projects require.
For trade clients, we discuss account arrangements that reflect the ongoing nature of the relationship - framework pricing, dedicated account management, priority production scheduling, and the documentation and compliance support that institutional procurement processes require.
If you're a trade client making a first enquiry - just tell us who you are and what you're working on. We'll respond accordingly and make the conversation as productive as possible from the start.
A Note on Response Times
We aim to respond to every enquiry on the same business day. For WhatsApp messages during business hours, the response is typically much faster - often within the hour.
If you've sent an enquiry and haven't heard back within one business day, please follow up - occasionally messages get missed, particularly through channels we monitor less frequently. A WhatsApp message or a phone call will always get a fast response.
Business hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm UAE time. For urgent enquiries outside these hours - project emergencies, tight deadlines - WhatsApp is the best channel and we monitor it periodically in the evenings and on weekends.
We're Looking Forward to Your Project
So get in touch. Whatever stage you're at - clear brief in hand or just a vague sense that something needs to go on that wall - we're happy to start the conversation.
Honestly
the first conversation about a new project is one of the parts of this work we genuinely enjoy. Understanding what someone is trying to create, seeing the image they want to print, thinking through what format and scale will make it extraordinary rather than just good - that creative and technical problem-solving is what Art Smiley Biz is built around.
